Select torque and angle Click Options in the upper left corner and select Settings Select the torque transducer from the pre-saved list and set torque accuracy at ±10% Select control mode to angle Input angle accuracy>that means if the angle is less than the set value will be considered as NOK Click target torque to input a Target torque value e.g. 70Nm Click Target angle to set angle threshold e.g. 3° use a basic click wrench and set the torque same as target torque e.g. 70 Nm adapt torque transducer to the click wrench a beeping sound will start when torque is applied to a bolt a beeping sound will repeat faster as actual torque gets close to target torque Torque Transducer will also measure angular measurement with respect to applied torque as shown in the actual angle OK prompt will appear when actual torque is within ±10% of the target torque and angular movement is greater than 3° If the bolt is re-tightened then the angular movement will be less than 3° that will discard the result even if the target torque is reached this is to avoid re-hit all of the bolt tightening data is saved and can be viewed in work record work records can be set to upload to the server in real-time or at a preset time
